Surprised by Auction

Let’s go to the Auction as spectators we said. We were looking for a son who is working overseas. He even said ‘Don’t buy that one’. Despite the quirky layout of the property it was evident that extended family life and get togethers would be easy and fun. It was a beautiful Summer day. David Grey was selling it. In fact he was determined to sell it. We had no intention of buying it. And then we did. Our son is delighted with it. Thanks David. You did a great Job getting us over the line and making sure it was a smooth ride to settlement. Now for the long haul and maybe a dip in the pool.
