David and the team at McGrath's Sylvania were 100% professional. They assisted with preparation of the property for market. The tradespeople and property stylists he recommended did an excellent job of presenting the property. My property entered the market at a difficult time and David had prepared me for this over the course of months (property had been tenanted). He kept me informed of market performance before the sale as it peaked and then began to show signs of stalling. David's team prepared a simple but powerful marketing strategy and the results were strong showings at all openings. David's communication across the whole sales process was impeachable. I received a phone report from him a day or so after every opening and this included number of customers and his rating of the strength of each customer attending as well as his follow up strategy. He also kept me informed of the market health because we were approaching a Federal election (a notoriously difficult time to sell property). Regardless of the hurdles David and his team achieved a sale before the election, in an uncertain market, with an acceptable outcome for each party.
