Reluctant to use Ray White Albion Park but David was quite professional without all the fake real estate bravado!

Having sold our home in December 2021 we relocated to the Illawarra and commence searching for our next family home, we didn’t foresee how challenging this would be. Every spare moment spent scanning listing guides, sending countless emails with long delays in responses and hours of attending open homes and becoming more disillusioned with the whole process. We attended an open home one Saturday and although it didn’t meet our needs the young agent we spoke to from Ray White approached us and genuinely wanted to know what we were looking for and than provided the list of open homes for the day. We attended the one he suggested thinking it would be way out of our reach.. attending we were greeted by David Hadley and immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him; he was genuine, honest, and upfront, although it was busy he made time to speak with everyone and we left with optimism, we decided to return for the second showing and once again David was open and friendly and we felt that he genuinely wanted to assist both parties; getting the best and quickest sale for vendor and also went to bat for us and by 5pm that same day our offer was accepted. Having sold our home with Ray White in Campbelltown and purchasing with Ray White Albion Park and having positive experiences with each we can only conclude that Ray White are genuine and really do care.
