David has sold two properties for us in the last 2 1/2 years, you have to like a salesman, it’s like buying a car, some sales agents just seem smarmy and pushy, only interested in the commission, but when we sold our first house, we had a number of real estate agents around to value our house and David was a guy that we took to right off, we felt at ease with him and he didn’t give us a load of bull sxxt that we didn’t want to hear. He sold our house in under a week and we were extremely happy with the whole experience. We decided to sell again 2 1/2 years on, down sizing and without hesitation we called upon David to list our house and again he came up trumps, selling our house on the first open day. David's communication skills were great and we were kept up to date at every step of the way. I have to search my mind very deeply to find anything negative to report. The only thing I can come up with is that for my wife and I (both 80) everything happened very fast. One minute we were enquiring about the possibility of selling and the next minute we were facing an imminent sale day. But no, David was everything we could have hoped for in a Real Estate Agent.
