We contacted David when we were first considering selling our home and made an appointment for him to come and give us an idea of price and ideas to get the house ready to market. David inspected our house then sat down and discussed his marketing plan (he was very well prepared with stats of other sales of similar homes in the area). We felt confident from the first meeting that he was the best agent for us so we proceeded with listing the house. David held 2 open inspections and gave us feedback following these.
