We picked David as agent to sell our house because we noted his success in other recent sales. Also we know and respect Chris whose part in the sale was very much appreciated. The strategy of realistic pricing and follow up of prospects worked very well. Both David and Chris worked hard to sell the property, nothing was left to chance. We have sold many other properties but I cannot recall a harder working team. Their results speak for themselves.
