I met David after dealing with countless real estate agents in search of an investment property. Most agents I dealt with would try and sell me anything they had just to make the sale. It was so annoying! Some would even call a few times after I said I wasn't interested in the property just to try and push me into something I didn't want. When I met David he took a geniune interest in what 'I' was looking for. For the first time I could talk to an agent about what I wanted without having the pressure of getting their next listing offloaded on me. The property in which I ended up purchasing was what I was looking for in the land perspective but the house needed some major renovations. I was going to have to turn it down until David offered to manage the whole renovation for me from start to finish! Yep! he managed the whole thing for me and also brought it in under my allocated budget! I am over the moon with my purchase and the service I have received through David. I would not sell or buy through any other agent. It's nice to know your interests will be put first :).
