When my husband and I decided to put our house on the market I arranged for three local agents to provide us with their appraisal of our home. I have known David Hayden from his previous letterbox drops and he also knocked on the door from time to time over the past 18 months. I had also known the other agents over a period of time. David Hayden was by far the most impressive of the agents. He made a point of coming around to the house before the appointed time and asking me about my expectations and experiences before selling our home.
