Initially after a bad experience I was sceptical of Real Estate Agents. Along came David who restored my confidence and belief. David is very knowledgable of the real estate industry and is known for his experience and and credibility. He is sensitive to the needs of his clients and knowing my hesitancy, he was particularly patient and understanding. To ensure I was well informed, he regularly took time out of his day to maintain contact. Any email correspondence was quickly addressed. I don't believe I was the most easiest of clients and David took that all in his stride and worked hard to ensure an excellent outcome for me, which he certainly achieved. I cannot recommend him enough for his skill, communication and care. He is a lovely man. Leonie Atkins
