David managed to sell a couple of my properties. I am happy for each sells. He managed to secure offers above my expectation within short time frame. One of my units has strata problem, and we listed the property towards the end of the year. I thought the sell could potentially take long time. However David managed to secure a solid offer around Christmas time. He managed very well to communicate the strata situation with the buyer, managed their expectation. Eventually the sell was very smooth, and buyer asked for early settlement. Another successful sell was my other unit that is far away from the station. Given the suburb was flooding with units, I thought it could be a difficult sell as well. However David managed to secure 3 offers for me. Eventually the unit was sold at asking price.
