David has now sold two properties for my family and I and we cannot recommend him enough. He is clear on the process, has a monumental understanding of the mark and more importantly understands the constraints having a young family has on sellers and buyers in relation to open homes and inspections. Photos and advertising were excellent. Open homes and inspections were well run with David or one of his team there and well prepared at least 10 minutes before start time. As soon as the open home/ inspection was finished I received a phone call with a full report. With the market slowing considerably I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it sold. David gave us great advise to improve to sale ability of the home at a time when sales were slowing down due to the panic of interest rates increasing. I honestly think without the improvements we made the sale price of the house would have been much lower . The older homes have to compete against new builds . There is such a false expectation now that new builds are competitive to homes built 20 years ago ,unfortunately this is false. The building of older homes far out weighs quality even if there is small issues within a house that need work.
