The initial appraisal and time spent with us seemed appropriate and well thought through. The times he came to our home were accommodating. His politeness and can do attitude helped us to feel more relaxed about a difficult situation. The sale was very quick and easy and his suggestions proved to be the right way to go. After paperwork was signed we didn't hear from David until we got in touch with him very close to the settlement date just to check in things were running smoothly.
