I must say I was very impressed with Dave's service, he always kept me in the loop with what was happening and I didn't once feel like i needed to chase him up or that he wasn't working hard to sell my property. I would definatly call on Dave again if I was selling and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

When I contacted David Hernyk I was stressed by a contract my house was under at another agency. The contract was not to my best interest and David negotiated on my behalf to lift unfair demands. Fortunately that sale fell through and David quickly got the house back on the market and sold it within the month. I had already moved to Western Australia and felt helpless to maintain the house for sale during this time but I had no need to fear as David took care of everything.
