David has a great personality - is easy to deal with - has sound knowledge of the market to give good advice - and works very hard for his client. Our deal had hurdles unrelated to David - and yet he managed them skillfully and with great patience. Thank you David - I would definitely use your personal services if I needed in the future.

When I contacted David Hernyk I was stressed by a contract my house was under at another agency. The contract was not to my best interest and David negotiated on my behalf to lift unfair demands.
