We had to have some renovations carried out, eg., painting, new carpets, blinds, landscaping, etc., and he went above & beyond what was expected by organising all the tradesmen. He kept us informed through Zoom daily as to the progress of the work. All the work was completed against a very tight schedule and to a very acceptable standard in order to have the property prepared for sale.
