We went to the company LJH as they had been managing the property as a rental and we were very comfortable with them. David was agreeable and confident and in the first instance, recommended against selling as he advised us to wait for a possible higher price. This in fact came to pass and when we eventually decided to sell, we were pleased with that advice.
