David is so very knowledgeable of the current property market and of the possible factors influencing a purchasers choice, in order to put your mind at ease with upfront facts and details. Where the property is priced rather than having a silent bidding price. He is assertive in his approach, but courteous, professional, easy to talk to, follows up with enquiries, contactable, willing to meet at convenient times for the client and ensures a timely sale without being pushy. I would highly recommend David as a real estate salesperson and when we need to sell any property, he would be the first one to call for advice and service.

We went to the company LJH as they had been managing the property as a rental and we were very comfortable with them. David was agreeable and confident and in the first instance, recommended against selling as he advised us to wait for a possible higher price. This in fact came to pass and when we eventually decided to sell, we were pleased with that advice. In the early stages of the process, we felt that there could have been more communication, but once we established our expectations, and the details were confirmed, we were comfortable with the carriage of the sale. The final purchase price was what David had told us to expect.

I had purchased a property that David's firm had advertised for in Forster. The advert's provided factual and crisp information about the Property. His local knowledge on the trends of the real estate market made sure that both vendor and buyer were happy. His integrity was outstanding when it came to dealing with the offer bids. His communication was always open, honest and detailed. His polished negotiation skills helped work a quick deal for both parties. My questions about the property were always answered with accurate information and pictures, as we worked in a COVID world. It was an absolute pleasure to work with David. I would have given David 10 stars if I could.
