David was difficult to get a hold of. We liked the land and was given permission to have a look but he was unable to make time to see the site with us. Once we did visit the site no follow up was provided to see if we were interested. When our first offer was rejected there was no option given for a counter offer (which we would have made then). He was lovely to deal with and prompt once offer was accepted.
Sold at asking price, minimum fuss, great result, great communication. Really appreciate everything that was done to achieve a sale.
