Very positive experience

David Hochkins recently sold my house and the experience was very positive& satisfying. He was one of three agents I had asked to value my property and although all 3 agents were very professional in their conduct, I found that David was the most passionate about his job. The valuations I received from the 3 agents were quite different, with David valuing the property at a 10%-15% premium to his competitors. His valuation was based on facts and local knowledge which combined with his apparent passion, positive attitude and excellent communication, convinced me to engage him as my agent. I am very happy to say that David found buyers only a short time after listing the property and he achieved a price 12.5% higher then the valuation of the other local agents. Well done David.
