After making the decision to move from the northern beaches to apartment living inner city my husband and i had spoken to several agents for what we were looking for.Some returned our calls and some didnt. David did return our call and listened to our needs. Then we found the right apartment and through the negotiation process David was very open and helpful ( particulary when we required extended settlement) . Nothing was too much trouble for him and letting us in to measure up and plan our move very convenient for us.
