With a keen passion for real estate, David has worked across a number of areas on the Central Coast, marketing & selling a wide variety of homes inclusive of residential properties, hobby and large acreages, waterfronts, luxury & lifestyle properties as well as having owned and operated an agency.
A good communicator who understands the many factors involved in the buying, selling and renting of real estate. David spent a number of years working in the Banking / Finance Industry before accepting a senior role in the construction industry and then finally making the move into Real Estate full time. This has given David the opportunity to develop many skills that are of benefit to his clients whether sellers or buyers.

Having specialized not only in the Woy Woy peninsula but also surrounding suburbs such as Daleys Pt, Empire Bay & Bensville for a number of years, has allowed David to develop an in depth knowledge of the area. It is due to this and strong negotiation skills that have seen a healthy track record of previous sales built.
