I originally purchased the property through Ray White Nth Ryde so when i decided to sell i invited them to present. David friendly manner and knowledge of the area made it an easy choice. I was not looking at the costs only who had the concepts to present the property in the best light and here David excelled. David took full control of all issues including ongoing maintenance and the appearance of the property as i am very time poor. This was a blessing and unlike many he presented his estimate of sale price which exceeded my expectation and in fact delivered above that on the day. Think carefully when you choose an agent and i could not more highly recommend David.
