I can't speak highly enough about Cairns Beaches Realty. When I bought my investment property I started with another real estate, in the end I had to make a move. I'm so glad I chose Cairns Beaches, David was such a down to earth guy and Skye was great to work with. When it came time to sell, Dave was excellent, he helped recommending a couple of things to fix up. I was very happy with the photos and his ad, and importantly he got me a good price with the right buyer. The whole process was seamless! Many thanks Dave.

Buying a property in Cairns from WA was a breeze, especially when dealing with David Jaunzems. He was so professional and very helpful with anything we needed to know, especially since we were moving from WA. We would highly recommend David as an agent and would certainly buy or sell through him again.
