Overall experience with real estate company during purchasing property (from start to finish)
Some mostly negative notes include:
1. Disappointed that we weren't able to do a pre settlement inspection earlier than 10am on settlement day (real estate representative could've negotiated better with seller).
2. The house we moved into was left in a disgusting condition. Floors were filthy with black dirt, walls had cobwebs and spiders, air conditioners filters looked like they were never cleaned, oven and showers in main bathroom and ensuite were disgusting, all fans only work on one setting not on the three settings as suppose to (we now have to use an electrician to fix), no tv connection had to call out a tv guy to reconnect, some sink drains blocked, no instructions provided on how to operate alarm system. The real estate representative should've ensured that all of this was attended to before settlement. If we had the opportunity to have a much earlier inspection all of the above would've been noted.
3. Very little communication from Redlynch real estate throughout the 30 days until settlement.
On a positive note, David was pleasant to deal with on the limited occassions that we did speak.
