David was extremely professional through out the whole process. From the first moment we contacted David when we first started looking for a house, David made regular contact with us letting us know if there was something coming on the market . It was nice to know that even though we weren't making constant contact that he still was on the look out for the "perfect" house for us.

The auction was disappointing but David kept us positive and with only 2 parties interested was able to get the people from out of town.A phone call Saturday midday to say the sale was definitely on was a great relief for us and the timing showed his professionalism. Hopefully we will stay at our new house for some years but if we need to move we know where David is. Thanks Dave job well done.
