After being ignored by another local real estate agent after I made enquiries to sell, David replied promptly and was professional through the whole process. He made the process easy and hassle free. A sale was made within a few days at a good price. Very happy customer. Highly recommended.
My first contact with David was when I requested a copy of the Section 32 for a property in Ararat through the Real Estate website. My request was dealt with promptly and I then decided to inspect the property and organised a time and date to complete the inspection. David was on time for the inspection and allowed us to take our time inspecting the property. He answered all our questions in a competent manner. I made an offer on the property and so began a week of protracted negotiations through David with the vendor, who all of a sudden had become very reluctant to sell the property. David provided me with regular updates as the vendor was meeting with their accountant etc. In the end I withdrew the offer and sympathized with David for all the time he had spent trying to get the sale to happen. His response was "that is real estate". A few days later David alerted me to a property which was about to come on the market. He provided information on the property and I made an offer which was accepted. David has assisted me in organizing building and pest inspections and has successfully liaised with the vendor in addressing some issues which arose from the inspections. Brad and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person to assist us with our purchase. It was refreshing to meet a Real Estate Agent that didn’t feed us false information about the house or sugar coat it’s imperfections. For this reason we made the purchase knowing that what we seen was what we got.
