We wish to compliment Elders - Ararat and particularly David for the most professional way, firstly with managing the rental arrangements of 49 Baird St over the past two years since it's completion and then accepting to take on the marketing/sale of the property. From our one and only meeting it was clear David would handle the property sale as we wanted and satisfyingly it only too a few weeks and the property was sold to our expectations. David's experience in the property sale market certainly stood out and we were very appreciative of the ongoing communications so we knew what was happening as part of the process.
