I decided to go with David and his team (instead of another well-known branded agency), based on the reviews on this site and some bad experiences with the other agent. I was not disappointed! I was initially a bit unsure of the process as we were going overseas just before the listing, however David kept the communication open and flowing on a daily basis when we were away.
