During the sale, he was in constant touch with updates and results with the open houses. He knows the market well, he has his stats and will compare the market movement around your area & explain it in simple terms. He negotiated the sale efficiently, and we achieved my desired asking price. I first met David in passing while he was preparing for an Open House in my area. I could see he was very busy, yet he still took the time to say hello, introduce himself and give me his card.
