the week after placing our home on the market, lock down hit us , it was very hard as we are in the older age bracket. David looked after everything, very caring and thoughtful. Yes, it was a fairly painless ordeal to sell our unit, David had photos available and it was up and running within hours. He did keep us informed at every step and when we were unsure of anything, he soon sorted it out for us. Advice was just around the corner to assist in finalization of the sale.
