I decided to sell my investment unit at a difficult time in the market. I felt it would be best to go with an active agent. I had noted David Kandilas' name on sale posters in the area and as his company was also my managing agent, the choice was clear. On first contact I was pleased to note David's clear candid advice, backed by current examples of what I should expect and what would be achievable. In fact I was surprised at the number of enquiries which David had generated via several channels. He settled on a particular buyer and closed the sale in thirteen days after the first adverts were placed. I lost count of the number of phone calls and emails, from (and to) David, confirming progress, clarifying points. advising me of the best course of action and ultimately announcing success. David was exceptionally professional and guided us through the auction process for the house we purchased! As first home buyers we weren’t too experienced and David made it so easy for us.
