David was very thorough and professional at all times during our sale. He was right on with his suggestions and happy to take on board anything we had to add. The proof is in the pudding as he achieved the sale price he had suggested which was better than we hoped.

David's PA actually negotiated the sale on the morning of the inspection. I made an offer and she negotiated with the vendor and the offer was accepted. The office staff were really accommodating when it came to paying the initial deposit and then the full deposit, again negotiating me some leeway with the vendor due to a matrimonial settlement I was waiting for. At the pre-inspection on the morning of settlement, David's PA was supposed to meet me and couldn't for personal reasons. I called the office and David, who was hobbling because he had fallen off a ladder on the weekend (!!) was there in 10 minutes with the keys, extremely apologetic but still able to take me through the property. The settlement all proceeded and I am happily in my new home. Throughout the process, David's PA was really attentive, following up weekly with how things were progressing, and so helpful in responding to my queries and any negotiations with the vendor pre-settlement that were required. David also gave me names of contacts for tradesmen which has been extremely helpful given I am new on the coast. I cannot fault David and his PA on their professional, friendly and courteous manner; prompt and thorough. A great service.
