We bought our home from Dave, and after 11 years, when we needed to move, it was a no brainer to use Dave again. Being a true local, he has a strong understanding and connection to the community. We wanted our home to go to someone that would love it as much as we had, and Dave was extremely understanding and sensitive to our needs. With Jack helping, they made the whole process easy and seamless and produced the result we were after. We would not use anybody else should we need to buy or sell again
