Buying a new home is such a stressful experience. Even more so after the loss of a parent resulting in the need to downsize from a large family home to a much smaller one. David was absolutely magnificent when dealing with my elderly father. He was caring, thoughtful and supportive of my father's needs. He was there to guide us through the process and was very calm and patient, making it an enjoyable experience.
