David is very experience and professional real estate agent. He sold my apartment off market and saved me on marketing fees. Most importantly he exceeded my expected sell price and I got more than my expectations. Overall a great experience with David and Star partners. I recommend David and Star partners for selling apartments in the western suburb of Sydney.
This was my first time in the property market as a vendor. David Lao from Starr Partners Parramatta made this process so seamless. He has excellent market knowledge and was able to put me at ease when explaining the selling process. David provided me with weekly updates regarding potential buyers and what they were looking for after each open home. David was upfront with the costs associated with selling of my property so there weren’t any surprises. I will definitely recommend David Lao when buying or selling your property. I appreciate David’s honesty and his hard work in negotiating the sale of my property. I am very happy with the outcome and highly recommend David Lao for all your realestate needs.

I met David 16 years ago when he sold my unit to me. 16 years later we chose him to sell our property and he was the best choice! He is genuine, very knowledgeable of the current market and acted in our best interests. The whole process was easy with him, he always kept us in the loop of any development promptly and was able to secure the sale after only one open home. We would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell! Thanks again David!
