David organised everything we needed with minimum fuss (and even gave us some great tips for local coffee shops and lunch spots.) Some things we liked were: - He organised a private viewing at a time that suited us. Without this we probably wouldn't have been able to see the unit. - His team had a great relationship with the current tenant. This made it really quick and easy to do all of the necessary building and pest inspections. And it meant there was no risk of needing to extend the cooling off period. - He contacted the previous owner to help us get the final piece of information we needed to close off the contract negotiations. This meant that we were able to pay the deposit on time.
