From our first meeting I was very impressed with David and Anna. We had done a little bit of research and David was even better than I expected. He did not over promise but came across as practical and authentically invested in making sure we sold our property for a price we were happy with. His knowledge of the market and area was invaluable. We discussed all options for selling and did not feel pressured in any way. We were very happy with the plan we arrived at to market the property. We sold before even having to advertise at the top end of our expected price range. Both David and Anna kept in touch with us throughout the whole process to provide updates and respond to any of our queries. Anna made sure we had all our paperwork in order and could not have been anymore helpful. I would highly recommend David to anyone wanting to sell or buy in the Parramatta area.
