David and Steph were both fantastic selling agents. They both listened, treated me with respect and at the same time, kept me open as a potential buyer (which I was, at the right price). I have found some agents in the past to be dismissive which is detrimental to the seller where as that was not the case here. I truly think that the way that both of them behaved directly impacted the vendor getting the desired result. Another selling agent may not have got the same result.
