Excellent communicator who's focus was on selling my home.

David had researched the property and had a sales strategy. He suggested styling the property which totally changed how the property presented. He also suggested the premium realestate.com package. We had a high number of views. I was kept updated throughout the process and never had to chase. At the end of the day we had one interested buyer and David's negotiation skills were brilliant. He worked really hard to get me the price I wanted rather than try to get me to accept a lower price. David is very professional, cool, calm and collected. I was very happy with his service and attention to every detail. I highly recommend him.
