David has gone beyond what we expected an agent to do for us, any queries or questions we have had, he got back to us within the matter or minutes. As we are moving from NSW to QLD, he has been a font of knowledge and shared some great ideas and trades that will help us settle into our new home. Thank you David. Would recommend to anyone.

We have now used David and his team to sell, rent, and buy properties. We would certainly recommend him as an honest and responsive agent who gets results.

David assisted us to buy a property in Wynnum. He organised an inspection time outside of the advertised time to accommodate us and was very easy to deal with during negotiations. He is quick to respond and ensure that everything is going smoothly. I would highly recommend him.

We have used David in the past, and yet again he provided exceptional service and advice. We were able to achieve a quick sale for a price that was above what we expected! Thanks so much David!

David is an honest and knowledgeable realestate agent who works within realistic market values to ensure both parties are comfortable with the outcome. His customer service is excellent, as is his knowledge of the local housing market.

David was easy to work with, clearly communicated the selling process and expected price range and delivered. Thank you. Would recommend David and the Belle team.

We recently used David to sell 2 blocks of land side by side. He managed to significantly exceed our price expectation on both lots. David and his team were in constant communication throughout the process. I highly recommend David and his team.

Its amazing how life works I had been browsing to buy a property on and off for a while, attending the odd open home here and there maybe to purchase but the time wasn't right. Then one day I received a phone call, It was David just touching base and seeing how my search was progressing. I told him I wasn't looking seriously at the moment as we were thinking of selling. David offered to come over to talk about my options and to discuss what I needed to do to get my house market ready. With his fantastic knowledge and his excellent contacts he really helped us unlock the potential in our house. Like a lost treasure that has been prepared for display, our house shined on open day. and was under offer the day after. David and his team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We could not be happier with the service and the result and as this was our first sale he ensured that the process was easy and was always there to field and questions or concerns that we had. We would definitely use again and recommend David and the team ad Belle Property Manly.

David assisted me in purchasing my first property David was professional, but most of all he was HELPFUL. No phone call was too much or question too many. David went out of his way, even on weekends and after hours to help. Greatly appreciated and highly recommended. Thanks David!

David was a great agent to deal with. Straight shooter, did what he said he would do. Overall experience was great.

David has been a pleasure to deal with during the purchase of my new property.

We found David to be attentive and courteous, promptly returning our calls at all times. The agency handled our sale efficiently and in the past has handled rental of this property appropriately.
