David's communication skills are excellent as he and Renee kept me informed of any feedback and progress with the sale of my house at all times. Would not hesitate in recommending him to any prospective seller in the future.

Honest, knowledgeable and a great experience. I can't fault David's professionalism.

David has negotiated the purchase of our new property with a minimum of fuss. There has been good communication and has dealt with any enquiries we have had about the property promptly

We were very happy how the Auction went and we got a good & fair price. Thanks to all.

We bought a place in Manly through Belle and David. We found David and the Belle team great to work with, they managed communication with us really well - always getting back to us. They listened to what it was we were looking for and came up with the perfect fit. Through the negotiation they kept us up to date and were very transparent on where everything was up to

Great experience dealing with David. Very professional, dedicated in achieving best outcome for clients. He kept us well informed during whole process. Thanks David and Belle Property team. Would recommend you to others with no hesitation.

From the beginning, David and his team were friendly, professional and easy to work with. I received good communication at all times and felt as though they truly cared. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking for an agent you can trust.

this is the second dealing we have had with bell - from nsw to qld and both times either buying or selling it has been to a high standard - David and his team have been a pleasure to work with and has made the purchase an easy transaction- I would highly recommend David and will seek him out for any future realestate ambitions we may have in the future

I would be happy to recommend David as one of the best agents in the Manly area. He was always professional & a pleasure to work with.

We had great confidence with David in helping sell our much loved home right from the moment we met David and then Renee. Although the team had other clients we always felt we had undivided attention and genuine interest in our goals . Working on a campaign that was tailored to our needs , this professional and friendly team was very valued and appreciated. We enjoyed working with them and thank them very much for all their assistance. We highly recommend David to anyone seeking a genuine partnership in selling a home. Thanks guys. Sylvia and Michael Bryant.

Most pleasing aspect of dealing with David was his no hard sell approach and prompt attention to any queries we had.

David and Renee worked tirelessly to get our sale, thanks so much for your commitment and hard work!
