The market slowed duirng the post Easter period and David was able to navigate a sluggish market and find the right buyer. David's communication was regular and concise, we knew the state of play at all times. In summary, we were impressed with David leadership, professionalism and market knowledge. Whilst we struggled to reach or exceed our target price, we got close and what we achieved was good under the circumstances. We are very happy with the outcome.
