David Lazarus & Renee Brace were very professional and worked well as a team to make the experience very seamless and less stressful. The agents knowledge of the local market was key and the strategy they recommended worked effectively. It was not a quick easy sale and and the agents had to work hard to to secure a buyer and get a result which was close to our target price. We also appreciated the honest and realistic approach in waht became a tougher market poast Easter and the Federal Election. There were no wild promises, and we felt well informed and engaged throughout the whole process. Communications were frequent and clear, so we were never in any doubt as to what was happening. The type of professional experience we had enjoyed with Belle on previous ocassions.
