8 weeks ago we decided to test the market & asked David for an appraisal on our home. He appreciated the amazing views & extra surprises we had created & presented the current market trend to us with no pressure. We went on holidays, researched our future options & decided the timing was right to sell. After only 13 days on the market we are now on the move & downsizing in readiness to caravan around Australia.
