If I can give -5, I would do it. Totally unprofessional real estate service provided by Billy and David after engaging them. No ends to issues/concerns, from photography, uploading to Real Estate on wrong day, negotiation for final settlement date & etc, they are very pro-active to support buyer's wants, putting vendor's needs to lowest. Very professional in just doing the minimum and all they care about is to receive their sales commission. As vendor, I need to remind them simple things such as to change sticker on the sales sign board: ON SALE sticker (after auction failed), new AUCTION DATE sticker (sticked on after new scheduled Auction completed???) and SOLD sticker (Vendor need to remind David to bring the SOLD sticker and also to help him stick it, because he brought along his 4 yrs old kid for final inspection by new vendor???). Felt I am the real estate agent while they are the vendor. Sorry to say that I am very very glad David went out of action for 4 weeks due to elbow injury from playing leisure soccer. Another newly hired real estate agent Paul covered him. I am thankful to Paul, else I would not have received any single offer under David. If you really wanted to engage them, do it at your own risk.

Schroeder& Walls is an extremely professional organisation. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. David had an intimate knowledge of the market and kept me informed and updated regularly with the process. His commitment and attention to detail was outstanding . They go out of their way to help. I have bought and sold with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

David is professional and trustworthy real estate specialist. I have my investment property sold by David and the final result is more than my expectations. At the sale's beginning, I really worried about how much I can get from the property which I did not have enough confidence due to some reasons. However, David gave me lots of help to build up my confidence and suggestions to set up every detail to perfect my property. During the past 5 weeks I learned a lot form him. He was like my older brother and life mentor to talk with me as a friend especially at the tough Covid time with all his heart.
