I found David and his staff, Byron and Mitch are excellent to deal with. I have purchased two properties from David and on both occasions I have found it to be an excellent experience. You could say that i let David and his staff down, when I pulled out of a deal at the eleventh hour through no fault of my own which would of caused problems for his vendor. However this is where his professionalism shined through, rather than showing his disappointment towards me which he had every right to be, he appreciated my honesty and we moved on. I am under no illusion a Real estate agent is to their best for his clients and sometimes it is a delicate balance. I believe he has achieved this and he can still have a laugh. I found I can contact him outside of hours and he will still return your call.
