Managed the negotiation process well between us and the vendor - pleased with the outcome. Good communicator too, kept us in the loop Not sure if the the agent is responsible but alot of contents left on the property. Including rotten cabinets, old potted plants galore, loose pavers and timber. We had to use our hard waste collections and pay for a skip to get rid of everything. Feel more awareness could've been given to previous owner from the agent about what needs to be got rid of etc.
