David has a variety of support contacts to style, show, paint, garden etc. that provide competitive prices. Really important if you haven’t built those contact yourself. Lastly, David was very good at aiming for the overall best outcome for us. Price is one factor but ensuring settlement success may rest on other purchase conditions or considerations and David was able to present the offers while comparing and contrasting them effectively.
