Selling our much loved (and we think slightly iconic) family home in Sandy Bay into which we had poured energy and money was a big deal for us. He worked tirelessly to secure interest in our property, then followed up each and every possible purchaser, again keeping us up to date with feedback and possibilities. While the financial result was not quite what we were hoping for, the end result was in line with David's appraisal of the current market situation and where our property sat.
