David saw me struggling with the clean up of the property and offered to use his connections to get some help one Saturday. Job done and we made the agreed photo day. Next thing David did his homework and came up with a guide price, it was a bit lower than I thought but then I was emotionally attached to the house, when you are like that you cannot see that it is a 50 year old house with small bedrooms and 1970's layout and although it has 1100 sq meter block the frontage was not wide enough for duplex's and you would have had to cut a meter off the side of the house to split the block. David spoon feed me this information in a gentle way that made me realize that what he suggested was fact. I rate David as the one of the best Real Estate agents I have dealt with, his knowledge and communication skills are excellent but do you know what his best point is - He cares about his clients.
