My experience with L.J.Hooker Gold Coast and David Lonie has been since mid 2018 when I needed to move to a smaller home. I was reluctant to sell Fernleigh Court, as I had no idea if I would be able to settle in a new environment. My interview with Dave led to an advertisement to lease my home. On the day following one ad, the house was rented by the next lunchtime. This tenancy lasted for six years with no complaint from either tenant or agent. Any repair or attention needed by the tenant was quickly attended to by the agent. Having accepted that my 90th year was looming and that my days of living in Currumbin were over, I contacted Dave re ending the tenancy and selling. I was lucky enough to have a son living in Toowoomba and a daughter just 20 minutes away.
