Communication was excellent, he was always available and I don't think I ever went more than a couple of minutes before I got a reply. I'd heard selling a property can be a very stressful process so having constant communication is very important in my opinion. Selling a house can be an emotional rollercoaster (emo ro-co) but didn't we all stay cool, calm and collected for 99% of the process - that last non-cool 1% is due to me getting a bit discombobulated on auction day (19 years I had that lovely house! #emo) but it was nothing the sound of the auctioneers hammer coming down (SOLD!) and a stiff G&T couldn't fix. The team exceeded expectations every step of the way - excellent local market data specific to my property, realistic and budget conscious styling tips, marvellous photography and videography, getting loads of people to the open homes, keeping the pedal to the metal through the whole campaign and giving me a great result on auction day.
